On April 29th evening, General Secretary Xi Jinping visited the Shanghai "Model Speed Space" large model innovation ecosystem community in Xuuhui District, accompanied by Shanghai Party Secretary Chen Jining and Mayor Gong Zheng.

During the visit, Peng Zhihui, co-founder and CTO of Zhiyuan Robotics, participated in the research activity with core robot products including Zhiyuan Lingxi X2, Sprite G1, and Expedition A2, along with scenario algorithms. As an industry representative enterprise, he briefed the General Secretary on embodied AI development and applications.

Peng stated: "Humanoid robots represent the most promising physical form toward artificial general intelligence and have become a hot spot in international technology competition. Zhiyuan Robotics integrates AI and robotics technology innovation, giving robots a 'brain,' achieving technological self-reliance while promoting the industrial chain's capabilities."

He showcased products including Lingxi X2 performing bicycle riding, Sprite G1 clearing desktop waste, and vehicle dashboard assembly applications in daily and industrial scenarios.

Regarding the newly released Lingxi X2 in March, Peng explained: "This intelligent agile robot combines movement intelligence, interactive intelligence, and operational intelligence, perfectly illustrating embodied AI's 'AI+body' characteristics." The General Secretary humorously noted: "Can robots eventually join a soccer team?"

Peng expressed: "As an embodied AI industry practitioner, I deeply felt the General Secretary's emphasis and care for industry development, feeling both excited and moved. His vision inspires us. Zhiyuan will advance full-stack 'AI+body' technology development, break through foreign technical barriers, and enhance global competitiveness in embodied AI."
